Little droplet
your time is near,
never fear,
be part of it.

Fall into the great ocean
your conscious way,
unconscious stay,
Nature's final notion.

Lean back
let it go,
it happens so,
embrace the black.

Droplet make a tiny splash.
Whisper in your Bardo ear,
till you're no longer here,
and flesh turns to simple ash.

So sleep little droplet,
how sweet the dew.
To love it and live it
and to start anew.

Water Droplet

I was a happy little water droplet
Playing in a cloud
Until lightning struck
And thunder clapped loud
Stopping all my mirth
Dropping me to earth

Joining many others
Of my sisters and brothers
Bobbing wild and rampant
In a surging torrent
Towards a dam
Causing quite a jam

In a pipe so black
With no way back
Chlorinated pure
Like I’ve never been before

Jailed in a tray
With cells all the way
Frozen in a cube until used
Dropped into whisky
Making me quite frisky

To the sound of “Cheers”
I disappeared
Down a gullet to a stomach
Mushed to and fro

Told to go
To a loo full of poo
Down a sewer full of mice
That really was not nice

Finally to the sea
Where I was free
To have some fun
Floating in the sun.

Feeling emancipated
Zap!. Evaporated
Into a happy little water droplet
Playing in a cloud
Hoping not to hear the thunder clapping loud.

A droplet of ink formed at nib of pen
I flung it swiftly, seeing it as waste.
Then theorized what it might have been
Had I not acted in such great haste.

An aborted word, or merely a smudge
That in my haste I'd neglected to blot.
Time elapsed, but my mind wouldn't budge
From that small unassuming black spot.

Our Droplet Ripples

Sailing the seas of life, we find ourselves adrift, carried away with no compass or map to guide our way.

Our bodies, two vessels destined for collision on the jagged cliffs of the fray, ensnared by death’s velvet chains bound our amatory embrace.

Shipwreck that leaves us both in the auroral abyss, lachrymose tide drops two ebb us away, but we chose not to fade.

I’ll hold you sapphire sanctuary of solace,
living or stuffed euphrosyne, my ensnared.

Our kiss connects, waves dissolve, waxen effigy
surrendering its form, boundaries blurring ravenous hunger for kisses pulled us through the thunderstorm.

Beloved, promise me, you won’t let go.

Droplet Lullaby

I close my eyes and drift away
to a droplet lullaby,
Carried aloft beyond life's cares
On a cloud of rhythmic sighs.

This serenade clears the mist
Of worry and guilt and fear.
A bead at a time, it washes my mind
As peace and rest draw near.

When the storms of life beat against me
No matter what they try,
I look for the soft rain to realign my soul
With a droplet lullaby.

Oh Precious Droplet

OH PRECIOUS DROPLET
From ten thousand meters above
You melted from an ice
Slowly you flew down
And unlike a tear from my eyes
You seen pure, so natural
You flew against my skin
So you stopped rushing
You flew against the earth
I could not recognize you from then
Oh precious droplet
Why did you disappear like that?

Silver Droplet

That silver droplet streaking down
Is it really because of me?
That shiny, salty sign of distress
Is it only I that can see?

A single eye is visible to mine
It's blurry and blue and blind
I'm scared to confront the sadness
I so tearfully left behind

And now the question is in the air-
Are my thoughts and actions true?
I'm scared to look you in the eye
Because I'm still in love with you

E-xcruciating thing in silence
N-efariously brings risk to the boat.

A Droplet In Sea

My ego rising tall from lowly lay,
I often feel: world warms up to my song
And plays a second fiddle in my play,
I lead a vain orchestra all day long.
But evening twilight setting in, I brood,
Contemplate and begin at last to see
Me in misty shadowy solitude—
Oh, I'm no more than a droplet in sea.

The world's now bathed in radiance all new,
Beauty and bliss welling up from within,
And a window emerges with a view
That lets me see a world not before seen.
Man as a mere point in infinity,
  He’s looked as a faceless nonentity. ______________________________________________
