Premium Member Russian Evil Will Thrive If Good Men Do Nothing

The west went in guns blazing to help their fellow man
In Syria against the Islamic State and in Iraq and Afghanistan
They brought an end to a campaign of terror and a killing spree
And made the world a better place and safe for everybody.

So why in God's name is the civilised world, just standing by?
While thousands of innocent men, women and children die
What is it about Russia, that murdering terrorist state?
Are we just going to look away, leaving them to their fate?

Ukraine is running out of fresh water, they have no electricity
While the Russians carry on firing missiles, indiscriminately
And committing atrocities that would make a grown man cry
A harsh winter is fast approaching and many people will die.

Why are NATO and the civilised west worried about escalation?
While Russia carries on pulverising that peace loving nation
Enough is enough, NATO needs to put boots on the ground
And rain down hellfire on that Russian scum, round after round.

The west is sending arms and humanitarian aid to Ukraine
But dragged their feet when they requested a fighter plane
Vladimar Putin growls like a dog and the west backs away
We shouldn't listen to his rantings, he must be made to pay.

Ukraine got rid of all nuclear weapons with the fall of the iron curtain
I bet they wished that they hadn't given them up of that I am certain
Because the yellow backed Russian scum would never have invaded
And their threat to world peace would never have escalated.

Stand Up and Resist Or Do Nothing At All.

You let them persist and say nothing at all.
Your futures dissolve and fortunes free fall.
Critics add nothing but choice caterwaul.
Stand up and resist or do nothing at all.

You let them persist and say nothing at all.
Cowards shout wildly in visions so small.
Few stalwart sailors and those they keelhaul.
Stand up and resist or do nothing at all.

You let them persist and say nothing at all.
Each face grows forlorn as cretins loom tall.
They lack everything save venom and gall.
Stand up and resist or do nothing at all.

You let them persist and say nothing at all.
The vultures swoop in. The hyenas maul.
Consume your courage. Roll up in a ball.
Stand up and resist or do nothing at all.

Premium Member Do Nothing Day

I asked my pal what he was doing
tomorrow- should I pay him a call?
He said that he'd had such a tiring week
he wasn't doing anything at all.
So he got out of bed and he didn't get dressed,
and he didn't get washed or brush teeth,
just wandered downstairs with no clothes on
showing all normally hidden beneath.
He didn't have coffee or breakfast,
and went without dinner and tea,
to go a whole day without filling one's tum
doesn't sound that appealing to me.
By evening his boredom was raging
and he vented his spleen on his kin,
eventually chasing them all down the street
wearing nowt but what he was born in.
Hairy and hungry, ranting and raving
like something from out of a zoo,
next time when I ask what his weekend plans are,
I'm sure he'll find something to do.

I Can Do Nothing Right

sometimes with him
it seems like
i can do nothing right

no matter what i say
what i do
nothing is ever right

people say drop him
people say deal...
what do i say?

i say hes my everything
he is....me
i love him

they obiviously have no idea
what that word means
it means...what you make it

but i can do nothing right....
so what do i know?

I Love You, Yet You Do Nothing

Here I am waiting.
Waiting for you to wake up.
And find love in me.

The Thoughtless, Heartless, Do-Nothing Congress

The Thoughtless, Heartless, Do-Nothing Congress

Another day of carnage
In the USA
Little children
Eight, nine, ten and eleven years old,
Their life cut short,
By a mad person
With an automatic rifle
What will we all do?
Every week
More innocent people are
Victims of violent shootings,
Where is the Congress?
The Thoughtless, Heartless, Do-Nothing Congress
Children died at Sandyhook in Newtown, Connecticut,
Innocent babies,
Only five or six years old,
Never to celebrate another birthday,
To hug their Mom and Dad,
To watch TV,
Go to a ball game,
Go see a movie,
All over forever,
Now the same for
These children in Uvalde, Texas,
Never to play ball again,
Or learn to dance,
Or play a musical instrument,
Or wait for Santa Claus,
All over forever,
Where is the Congress?
The Thoughtless, Heartless, Do-Nothing Congress,
People in Buffalo going about
Their lives,
Doing their grocery shopping,
Even planning for a birthday party,
But a madmen came
And now they’re gone forever,
Innocent people in a movie theater
In Denver, Colorado,
Murdered by an insane gunman,
High-school students in Florida,
A Congregation at a Taiwanese church
In California,
Enjoying their luncheon,
A deranged gunman
Came to their church
With a gun,
Where is the Congress?
The Thoughtless, Heartless, Do-Nothing Congress,
We don’t like to think mean thoughts,
But if it were someone dear to them,
A law would have been passed already,
But
We the People
The Average Joe and Lucy,
The teacher, the secretary, the store worker,
The hairdresser, the carpenter, the librarian,
The aviation engineer, the truck driver,
The fireman, the policeman,
The dentist, the doctor,
The veterinarian,
The writer,
The singer,
The actor,
The artist,
And the plumber,
The electrician,
The salesman,
The garbageman too,
No matter if you
Are white, black, Hispanic,
Asian, or Native American Indian,
We the People
Don’t seem to count anymore
Where is the Congress?
The Thoughtless, Heartless, Do-Nothing Congress
We the People
We the People
We the People
We the People
We the People

We Think and We Do Nothing

Care to think of yourself,
Sieving through the mundane,
I wonder if you're expecting anything,
Is this the life, or has it not yet begun?
If so, then what is it that is this?
A preparation, a practice, perhaps
An exhibition? Or is it the one true thing,
Has it started? Am I too late,
Should I begin leaving my words behind
Lest I dare be carried downstream,
And continue dreaming the world's end,
Hopelessly begging, "When will life begin?"
As it slowly inches past me.

To Do Nothing

Sinks, sends us
Further, further
Spining downward
Into financial debt

Do Nothing Stool
Miracle Man
10/22/2024

The “do nothing stool” is where too many rest,
and this inactivity usually quashes their best.
The “do nothing stool” has one established fact,
being, if you rest there long, you seldom will act.

Doing meaningful things begins with the heart,
and you can’t finish something that you never start.
The back burner gets things and we later ask why?
Things remain there until thoughts of them die.

Hell Can Do Nothing Against the Blood of Jesus

“Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man” (Psalms 60:11)

Jesus Christ and His Word remains Forever
Jesus is the Anointed One of God and we are in Christ Jesus—
His Righteous Government endures for all generations
His Sovereign Rule can never be destroyed

Hell has no choice but to attack us
Hell can do nothing against the Blood of Jesus
Hell is defeated; we do not battle by focusing on the enemy
We focus on our King and we give Him thanks for the victory
We enter into His gates with thanksgiving—
We declare His Great Name
We hold up His promises and
Believe by faith in His plan and purpose--
It is hard at times to praise God when the circumstances are tough
However, this is the time to get ‘rough’ with praise and lift Him up
God keeps His promises—
His word is eternal and His love is great

The battle against the Anointed will continue
Each battle will point us to the Cross of Calvary
The Blood of Jesus is Victorious
The Father of the Everlasting age is Eternal
He is the Mighty God
His Government is Supreme
His Empire is Unshakable and
His Word is in the Bible

Let us not be threatened by a hostile environment
Let us know that God will support us
When it is related to the Kingdom of His Son
Let us stand in the name of Jesus and not be afraid of their faces
It is hard at times to praise God when the circumstances are tough
However, this is the time to get ‘rough’ with praise and lift Him up
God keeps His promises—
His word is eternal and His love is great

Jesus has pre-eminence over all things
We are ambassadors sent to represent
The King and His Kingdom
With patience we shall wait on the Lord and not grow weary
As we humble ourselves before the Lord,
We shall see the victory of His hand
Many will rise up against us but
We are not surprised or moved in fear because
We have the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob whom we love

Do Nothing

Do Absolutely Nothing

For at least five minutes
Do nothing…
Absolutely nothing!
Stare into space…

Better still: close your eyes,
Clear your mind
Drift away
To your happy place

Put your mind in park
Let your consciousness take wing
Savor the dark…and
Do …absolutely…nothing!

Youtube Horrors

On Youtube I learned
Of the
Carrington event

That has been
And will
Come once again

The problems It portends
to bring on
It's heals

brings a shudder
to some
Of my friends

And when mr. musk
Shot 49 rockets
By next day all
But 9 had bit dust

Consumed as
It were
By solar flares

Or at least
they would have
Us to trust

To have lived
In the green hills
Of Tennessee

With a hillbilly
there
On the land

Returning again to
Stone age
I really think I can

Live without
The tee wee
That serves to make the mind small

Yet I'd really
Miss the world wide web
That connects me to you all

I Do Nothing Wrong

Well, I guess I'm confused...

There's really nothing left to say. But I just hope you know that i'm in love with everything you do and everything you say. I wish you knew what you're doing to me. Breaking my heart down piece by piece since finally you said there was no more we...I thought you were the one, to pull me away from my problems and all of my pain...To be by myside throughout anything and everything. I thought you said you would never leave me, You told me it was all meant to be. Tell me why, just why does this keep happening to me.

Sweet Do Nothing

Nymphs float lazily in the still water of the fountain
Frog less lily pads found in their beds. There is silence
In the garden, a sleepy calm passing through everything.
Above the rimmed water, lips of fish speak nothing evil,
Nothing pure trickles from the mouth of the mosaic.
The girl, her back to mouth and lips, is none the wiser.
Her eyes smile, as she lay her head down among the wolves
Their pelts a heady mixture of honey and vinegar in the garden
Half- verdant, golden brilliance. The sun watches her as she gazes,
Calmly and sweet in the garden on top of mustard and green.
Swathed in peaches and mangoes. Tired from too much play.
On the ground in front of her lay dead peacock feathers.
The rushes wait behind the marble ring, a silent chorus.
The finale is coming. They wait for her eyes to close,
Shutting off the princess' glory fro garden 'round.
