Premium Member Considering Myself To Be Myself

The ideal personality one would like
just to be who you would like to be
so many traits that fit your frame
but only one is what you are to see

Considering myself to be myself
probably not many changes to make
not that I'm perfect or anything like it
but have a real contentment, not a shake

Look around at other people
see them in their modern attire
seeking to please all around
I think what's the point, it's just a liar

Also, like being quiet and reserved
not liking pushing myself very far
love being laid back and super cool
succumb not to pressure just be a star

I've got an independent streak
like doing things on my own
not always being at my best
but do love an ice cream cone!

(I have written what my ideal personality really is and how close I may be to that image)

Premium Member Considering What Is Said

A seismic surge is gathering pace, propelling a wave
Of multi faces many creeds, diverse street cred.
From public also of private ed' facets shimmer
Thoughts Intense myriad humankind immense.'
Mainstream channels pour out scorn, early morning
To midday lies take form, pushing into night time TV
And radio, dangerous anti-vaxers rabid foes..'
Yet when the millions gather wherever? One fact is so '
But You'll hear it from them never ! No all points bulletin
On the crazy folk that have escaped those penitentiary yokes
Or from their social workers..' I find it so scary.)
Cause this means the protesters (must be sane.')

If You'd consider if fairly.? And in the main !

Premium Member Boris Is Going

Do you remember Boris; back in 2020
A virus was about to break, yet people
None the wiser ' at first he said no real
Big stuff, along with Holland we should face it tough.'
he'd been briefed then by whitty..Dear oh
Dear, three weeks on the tone was changed
To science he'd listen.' Pray come again.?
He caught bad covid He got laid low, said
Once better I'm now immune, and his mask did throw..' Oh
Naughty boy the 'experts pounced' his new
Found freedom in public he renounced, the
Pharmacy groups, exhaled a sigh' cash was
Flowing newscasters cried.' Children scared
Playgrounds closed, £8000 per covid death nhs
Were paid, so back to today He's waving bye
But what was truth? and were there lies? well
Rules and parties We've heard of much, but I'm
Not convinced (that it was such) such a scandal
If You'll look through the list of events think of
Cummings and Flemming too train rides at large
And lovers under cover they knew the game
Then dear sisters and brothers.'

Considering Conditions

There are users, abusers
And bitter accusers
In the World of negative thought
There are legalistic, ballistic
And increasingly sadistic
In the World of righting the "not lot"

~On the other side~

There are roses, poses
And delivering Moses
In the World of fanatical dreams
There are hoping, doping
And constantly roping
In the World of sewing seems (seams)

~Still~

There are planners, banners
And worshipping fanners
In the World of Pyramid Power
There are groveling, dissolving
And situational involving
In the World of heightening bowers

~Til~

There are woulders, coulders
And moving shoulders
In the World of Imagination
There are accepting, respecting
And continually perfecting
In the World of growing patience

Premium Member Considering God's Grace

Consider this: He simply said, "Remember me when you come
into your kingdom"*. He was a common criminal, nonreligious,
and not a scholar. What was he really asking for, and what
did he really want? Did he think that remembering him would
really matter?

Based on the context of his life provided by the Biblical story,
the only thing the pleading thief had was hope and faith.
Considering the magnitude of his situation, there was no
human calculation for him to reach such a conclusion that
involved a good outcome for him.

There appeared to be faith and hope, not built over time,
but generated spontaneously by actions experienced at Calvary.
Perhaps at a critical moment his childhood teachings came into
play and ignited a spark that created such combustion that enabled
him to make a mercy plea.

I can sense the 'spiritual recalls of his youth' intermingling with God's
Amazing Grace, resulting in a thief being transformed on a cross.
Consider God's generosity. He got far more than he asked for.
"For by Grace you are saved through faith. It is the gift of God"*.

Considering

For what food I eat
For what clothes I wear
For what the eyes can see
Hoping my ears well they hear.

For what work to pursue
For what I get from my employee
For all labours renown
Hoping my inner substance I see.

For the dangers of every hour
For the security of the darkness night
For the courage sent from heaven
I absent myself from the sight.

For my blessings and hope are one
For in humble faith I wish upon
For common task seems so easy
All my troubles forgone.

Premium Member My God, Thank You For Considering Me

April 30 Scripture Meditations Based on Psalms 13-16

Key Verse – Psalm 13:3 Consider and hear me, O LORD my God…

MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ME

Thank You for considering me midst my sorrow
Never forgetting my commitment for tomorrow
Always counselling me to overcome temptation’s arrow
For me to prevail against despair-harrow.

Thank You for considering me midst my enemy
Never leaving my soul during challenges that are stormy
Always defending me with Your holiness’ army
For me to trust You despite situation that’s gloomy.

Thank You for considering me midst my troubles
Never hurting my heart, but smiting my anxiety-mumbles
Always cheering me whenever my world crumbles
For me to abide in your will devoid of falsities and fables.

Thank You for considering me midst my shamefulness
Never insulting my well-being, fashioning it toward Your holiness
Always healing me from sin-illness
For me to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness.

Thank You for considering me midst my pressure
Never weakening my faith against worldly pleasure
Always fortifying me with divine strength’s measure
For me to stand by Your promises that assure.

Thank You for considering me midst my difficulty
Never discounting my ministry-contribution in my full faculty
Always satisfying me whenever I feel empty
For me to enjoy in Your work with Your contentment-bounty.

Premium Member Considering my What Ifs

I was going to become a teacher
I thought it was my calling

I was young and thought it best
to go to university straight out of high school
before I'd go to teachers' college

Well... things did not go as planned
for better or for worse, who knows
I got sidetracked ended up taking a job
education got shelved for longer than expected

So I worked and launched a modest career
No guidance maybe no brains ~ who knows
But in the end I realized the truth ~
if you don't choose, life chooses for you

Go for your dreams or risk living with regrets

Not Considering the Cost of Vanity

I haven't inherited great wealth, and the only luxury I can afford is to make believe,
acting like a guru who does't tighten his belt...when will this character leave?

The Greek guru, Onassis, had a yacht and a private jet...
he enjoyed his grand lifestyle by traveling everywhere:
a hundred dollars bill meant less than a dollar to him;
I squandered quite a few of them for a foolish whim,
but the only difference between me and him is that he never
was short of a dime by discovering a hole in his pocket!

I rented a penthouse where the rich and famous live
to impress everyone and make friends...sadly the only friend left is Dave
the one I confide to, but the others won't socialize
with someone who was a fake, the one who built his wealth on incredible lies!

Don't pretend to be who you aren't, confront reality...
not everyone is born rich by turning wishes into money;
don't change yourself and lose every friend who considered you extremely rich...
did I ponder the cost of vanity that made me more miserable than a wretch?

Premium Member Considering Whirligigs

Considering whirligigs, how they spin,
While I, I sip on my ginger and gin
Awaiting the next miracle my way,
While my hair turns ever so gray
Thinking about small wonders now,
And asking myself, quietly, “How?”

Premium Member Considering Your Stuff

How many square feet are required
To hold all of your stuff?
Will five thousand, six hundred do it?
Or will two hundred be plenty enough?
I thought about this the other day
When I was surveying my various collections,
And wondering what becomes of a rich man’s stuff
When they wind up in a house of corrections!
How much of their stuff do they allow them to bring
I’m sure the accommodations are not that spacious,
If it were me, what would become of my stuff
Would a storage unit be big enough, good gracious?
I am sure some people who regularly break the law
Must have this concern, at least, I think they would,
And if they don’t, then they certainly should
For having enough room for all of one’s stuff
Is a very important consideration
And yes, I think a lot would depend on the duration.

Considering Conception

Go ahead and
Flare up, scare up, even try to tare up
The seed in the ground
But soon you'll see
The sprout, wondering about, even a horrible draught
To show it's been found
.....in LOVE

Many hit against
A wall, trying to appall, the idea of The Fall
In the horrid flesh
But the spirit
Has produced, a tool that's loosed, and enduced
Unproductive labor to rest
...in Peace

Mind systems of fear
Can still inject, try to infect, move to reject the effect
Of the connection
But intimacy
Has stripped, gripped and tipped the soul
To yield its ********
...in Knowing

I am held by my Master
