Enough I have,
but more, would make do, better still.
Sufficing without icing is a nice thing to do,

Singapore
The gentle contours of your skin
Caught the corner of my eye
And stirred a feeling deep within
That I could not deny;
A liquid fire so immense
Pulsing through my deadened core,
Rousing every single sense
Unwilling to ignore
The gravity of my passion;
The unyielding of desire,
Sustenance in need of ration,
Touch that I require.
With one glance I felt a quiver
Of unrelenting yearning
Streaming through me like a river
Of flame, ever burning.
But I, a man of ample fear
Put my lust in proper check
And looked away as you came near
To hide this ardent wreck.
Silken whispers greet the blithe morning
damp mist spring tap on red oak door
joyful treat preempted faint dawning
Felicity a phase one can’t ignore
bright daffodil white and pink bloom
fragrant garden bouquet stuff of lore
Alyssum’s plump trailing mound may loom
where greyedging border might seem bare
ideal cluster wraparound March plume
Ever present awe inflames my stare
rampant green aroma gust blown sent
nearby rabbit chuckled in its lair
Ample rose bush color splash in lent
showcase of enduring floral sign

Beauty feels tight in curious stares,
Truth wears a light that forfeits care.
Dazzle of daze in ample spheres,
Sizzle of craze in fond mad cheer.
Ample the means of empty lots,
Space then finds scenes in crafty slots.
Go beyond things to that sure feel,
Watch frolic fling to bless and heal.
Mind mental state where love fills plate,
Go through the gate as style meets fate.
Ample means more then enough knows,
Watch bounty store what empty shores.
Watch how you bleed till empty comes,
Purge then all greed to free wise sums.
Dare to be bold in drought or pain,
Warm can feel cold in endless strain.
Desire fuels pain if you must know,
Wisdom frees strain in this plain show.
To be ample can bring you stress,
Sip and sample with simple dress.
