Monocrostic (Birthday of Christy Lyn Marcelo)
Jubilant seasons come anytime on your way
Using an evergreen bush and tree everyday
Nice for dresses, foods, drugs, decors, display
In December, it’s a Christmas tree, hooray!
Pick the best types based on purpose
Elegant perfume, air-freshener’s scent for your nose
Rake the seeds for your home landscape, I propose.
My cat is everybody’s darling pet.
from all, she Yearns a gentle pat.
none Can hate her, I shall bet.
At night, she wanders like a bat.
by nature, she is quite cool,
but don’t Take her to be a fool.
My love she Yearns, has a Pair of gleaming Eyes,
they are of The shade of blue skies.
at night, everywhere she wanders.
when at rest, closing her eyes, she ponders.

Monocrostic (Birthday of Rosemine Tan)
Lift the champagne glass for a toast,
Make the night sparkle with delight.
Neither of us will sleep till dawn—
On our bed, love waits patiently.
Please, let’s not break the vow we made.

Monocrostic (Birthday of Carmelita C. Mangilaya)
Let's eat, let's Cook, let's host, let's talk.
I'm thinking of Onions and olive oil,
as Our hungry friends watch us like a hawk,
and wait by the Kitchen for stew to boil.
The most fun I've ever had, I Would say,
is cooking with you. I've said it, okay!
Let's plan a recipe, Take off to the store,
then we'll measure, we'll Heat, and we'll pour.
Join Me, won't you, in cooking and chopping,
Soon we'll be Eating, but first, we'll be hopping.

Monocrostic (Birthday of Allysa Marie Porsona)
Some things cannot be changed.
However, you need not react;
It is nonsensical to do so.
Keep your focus on the things you can change
And let the things that you cannot change go.
Take time to let them roll off your back
And stay peaceful.
Getting injured cannot be helped with cries or screams
And requires the positivity of focusing on rehabilitation.
Naturally, there are many more situations when all you can do is
Accept them with grace and resilience because
“It cannot be helped.”
Shikata Ga Nai.
Unwritten words, all yearn for my pen
Notepad, stares at me, blankly again
Table top, gives me the side-eye sken
Ideas from who knows where, or when
Look at me to make some amends
Take a beat, all my lyrical friends
Haiku and Rondeau, verses I’ll pen
Evening will come, between six and ten
Nothing will spoil, please wait until then.
