Unseeking Seeker Poet Free verse

Zen mode

called upon to pray
to a holy book
a scripture
an idol
a belief system

we paused
then saw no harm
in adopting any stance
be it in a narrow groove
or in the vast void

because our soul is free

Jesus is good
so is Buddha
as also Shiva
and all sages
our parents and elders

negating none we accept all
because our soul is free
as both the noumena 
in and as singularity 
and all phenomena 
in reflected duality

peace peace peace

Michelle Smith November 27, 2024 at 1:07 PM Mother Teresa was indeed peaceful towards all, loving God's Image in each person, letting them truly feel loved... yet from Whom did she draw this reservoir of Peace? ;) Only from One: the Prince of Peace. :D Unseeking Seeker November 27, 2024 at 5:49 PM who owns the sun, the breeze, the elements, space, the light? were it not for being born into a specific culture, who then would be god? is the ultimate god designated only for a few? contemplating thus, in silence, we see not from eyes of ego in the head but from soul’s eye in the heart and recognise the universal truth, beyond confines of narrow thought and conditioned belief.
