Zen Mode

I am the subject as eternal awareness I as subject look at myriad objects I engage, embrace and release The objects are not me They hold no allure I am always free My mind-body is an object I live in this vessel but I’m not it The body’s cravings are not mine I may choose to humour it or I may not I am as I am the subject who is always free Thought too is an object It is abstract but yet an object So I, being subject, look at thought I engage, embrace and release The thoughts are not me They hold no allure I am always free 14-April-2023
