Memories, like fine wine, sweeten with age, cavalier ways, become less defiant. And in life's book, tears saturate the page that records times Hope was non-compliant. I sense your pain, anxiety, and fear, rattling the very foundations of trust. And I catch you wiping away a tear as your tinder heart threatens to combust. Dreams drift-free as a dandelion tuft, floating in the back of your conscious mind. In the game of love, you're easily bluffed, ignoring the odds, you go all in, blind. But if you gamble on love, you may lose, and a rejected ego bears the bruise.

Good one, Emile. Love is always the biggest gamble of them all.

Thanks Line, you always leave me feeling good about myself...and that my friend is both humbling and gratifying, Emile.
