Is the story of your life almost over Ready now to write your memoirs Well, stuff those thoughts and burn them Leave the ashes smoking in your boudoir You're alive, you say, above ground yet another day That means God has a crucial role for you to play Get out of bed and get out there if you can Yet if immobile, you're still a star in His Divine Plan You will inspire others just by saying prayers as others learn never to put on airs

Very encouraging couplet, I have been attending an exercise class for people with lung problems. I pedal away as though cycling down a lovely country lane; the nurses and staff are considerate and inspiring to all who attend. Every day is a bonus, and I give thanks for it.
