Hard to do when one is grieving but perhaps going from terrible to eh…at least is something. I am doing fine…well thank you…lol! So much better. What I hate is when you ask, “how’s it going?” and the stupid answer is “it’s going…” The dumbest answer! My BFF answered this way yesterday and we both laughed when she said she was in a car and was definitely going…so her I will always forgive ;)

Wise words and so very true Gershon. I believe that both negative and positive energy have different vibrations, in that positive energy attracts positivity in your life and the opposite also applies. Great work!! Ron

This is a psychological study that is right on "Tell me you're down or 'not-so-hot' Chances are, your day's about shot"

Gotta tell the tongue, 'Don't shoot. Please don't shoot.' Thanks, Caren. :) gw

If I say never better, I go around the corner and trip, if I say I'm great, some people can't understand why, if I am happy, some party pooper might swear at me, if I say I feel strong, might get Omicron, but if i just say I'm okay, everyone will give me the time of day. Just rambling - have a wonderful 2022 dear friend, and I've always felt 'never better' for having known you! Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

As Solomon wrote, 'The power of life and death is in the tongue.' Your insightful comment has enabled me to see that our own tongues can slay ourselves. Chilling. Thanks, Kenneth. Take care, Gershon
