You Will Shine
Delicately I fall, to allow the sense of time being slowed down
I want to bring you both the softness and stillness
I am quiet, so that you may find peace in the silence
I put on a show so that you can watch each flake twirl to the ground
I let the wind drift me so that you can see not everything is even
I am a chance to appreciate the beauty in my waves on the ground
Mountain tops I cover, so they shine brighter in the sun
To catch your attention, show how high you can climb the ladder of life
I want to remind you, if it comes from the beauty of your soul;
You will shine just like me – I am the snow –
