You only think
You only think,
I know the world we live in is unfair,
And will remain so,
If we commit acts that are not fair,
Because in indelible ink we think,
That a fair world can never be so.
When you not only think but know,
You may see the need to grow,
Into something that is less unfair,
That can make indelible ink disappear.
We may choose to be the bearer of what is fair or unfair,
But never both at one time, just to be clear,
And that is written in stone not disappearing ink,
Though some still like to think it is so.
