You Never Know
I always say you never know, what may happen day to day
A tree fell on my house last night
You never know what happens next or comes your way
It certainly caused quite a fright
I am ok, but now roof damage to fix
And a broken scooter as well
Many things are thrown into the mix
All day with insurance calls, since it fell
Count your blessings such as I am, being alive
But, things can happen suddenly and in sequence too
All a reminder to hope for the best, as you strive
Make the most of the good moments you go through!
