You Have It All
Broken pieces of my soul, whispering to non-listening ears.
Mouth smiles, for no reason, understanding no one cares.
Faint glimmer of happy, way down deep, dancing my dreams,
Pretending normalcy. Some sides awake, others long dead.
Buried alive, keeping quiet, treading softly.
Few suspect how utterly disjointed and afraid I am.
You have it all someone without an inkling says.
I walk away gently, relishing my insincerity.
