You Have Chosen Me

you have chosen me from the
foundation of the world
You knew me before I was
in my mother's womb
You called me by name
You know the beginning from
the ending
You are closer to me than anyone
You know my heart seek me Lord
and make me new
You know my weaknesses but yet
you choose to love me thank you for
being a merciful and loving God
Thank you for choosing me and
bringing me through Life many trials
