When the weight of the world feels too heavy to bear, just close your eyes and take a deep breath of air. Think of all the moments that brought you joy, and know that happiness is not just a ploy. Though it may seem like darkness is all you see, there’s a light that shines bright, just waiting for thee. So spread your wings and soar high, and let your heart and soul touch the sky. You are loved and valued, my dear friend, and your journey on this earth is not at an end. So hold on tight, and never let go, for there’s a beautiful life waiting for you to show.
