You are not going away Choosing to be intrusive Thinking you can do what you want But, you can’t and you won’t Times have changed Maybe you have not, But others have and continue to You’ve passed on chances given You stubbornly choose to be obstructive You paint a dim picture for yourself No-one else is doing it You are doing it to yourself! Hi Heidi, this is a true, honest write. I do hope you aren't being troubled by someone. Sometimes people are lost in their own dark and they just want others to feel like them and that is totally wrong. Always be true to your heart Heidi and you will always be in the light where no one can touch you. You are a beautiful person and I hope you are not being troubled. Have a wonderful Friday. Hi. Mike. If you look back on my previous poems and one is called , she is here...and there are more, they show what is happening. Yes, I am being bothered by an abusive family member from my past. This is especially sad because there's so much truth in it, Heidi. We are often our own worst enemies, making choices that will hurt us. Hope there isn't an "intrusive" person irritating you right now. There's a strong message in this poem! Hugs, Carolyn

Hi Carolyn. Yes, you are right. And yes, there is an intrusive person, who police told to not have contact with me and she signed up here and is on my follower list, but not posting poems. So there have been some poems directed at this person. Thank you for your comment !
