You Are Beloved
Peter perches himself on the comfort of his favorite piece of granite
Peering into the night sky, which begins changing into rainbow orbs
He feels the presence of a spirit much larger than himself
Tell me what you would have me do, Lord, he asks.
The waters around his granite perch reflect the will of the spirit
Peter finds himself surrounded by love such as he has never felt
“You are beloved” a voice says into his head.
He remembers this until the end of his life.
