You and I
You and I
We were two seeds Just like each other
Things that made us different came later
We were germinated in the distance of some time
You got nourished and cherished by the world
I got abandoned and neglected
Because they always had hope in you
My existence was perhaps a coincidence
You grew in the conditions I could only dream of
But somehow I managed to grow in tough conditions
You got watered and sunned by nature
I was left in darkness Yearning for light and water
I have endured all these sufferings for decades
You have not even seen a few hard days
I am thin, fragile, dried and weak
You are healthy, robust, nourished and strong
But all these years I never expected you to endure my suffering
Then why? Why? Why?
Why do you expect me to be like you?
