Yesterday

Yesterday you told me that I was the one Today you just tolerate me and we don't have fun Yesterday we held each other all through the night Today you told me to get the heck out of your sight Yesterday we celebrated many years together Today we just annoy the hell out of each other So next time you ask why I live in Yesterday? I think it is just a good woman not taking any type of abuse, Barry. A very forthright poem, Alexis. I feel you on this one. Been there ... it's a bummer. But you expressed it w/verve and strong will. A gem of a poem. Ain't nothing wrong w/some righteous indignation ... some righteous anger. At least, I don't think so.
