Yesterday

Yesterday The clouds opened,and God called your name. We knew in that instance our lives would be forever changed. We search for answers,and ask God for peace.We long for what once was,and for the pain to cease. You lived your life to the fullest,and you loved without fear. None of us ever imagined the thought of you not being here. In the moments of sadness, we try to press on. To all the precious memories we will all hold onto. Though we struggle how to pick up the pieces and live life without you. An image of me holding on to your hand, you look to me and smile and say it was all God's plan. I'm dancing I'm free,and you will never go one day without me. I was here allalong, let go of my hand ,carry me in your heart,and stand strong. The clouds opened on yesterday, and God called your name. I have peace in knowing you suffer no more pain; the run stops suddenly, and I hear you say we shall meet again. One sweet day.
