I lived a short poem yesterday With the sun rising as a bouquet Beautiful pale yellow roses on display 'Pon the blue sky thrown in an array From the garden the birds entertained New heights their voices sought to attain The ripe fruit upon the vine dazzled in dew Soon filled baskets and not a just a few Prepared veggies for a summer noon meal So much to do it seemed unreal Living a poem is not so easy to achieve Life's daily accomplishments sometimes grieve

To live a poem everyday...a thought to ponder. I liked it. Maybe not everyday is as colorful as yours the day before you wrote this but certainly worthy enough for a line or two. Btw, thank you for that high placement. Curious though, I got it alongside others whose works were really great! Humbled, and grateful.
