Writing Reading

I guess I write because I think I have something to post, that others would want to read... I guess I read because I have learned others pen subjects of great interest... I have found writing is something I can do most places and times -- pads and pencils easy enough to carry... we also write and read to escape -- keeping a safe wall of pages between us....

Hi Joe; I was once told that the FBI, some of their used tactics, makes Mafia, by comparison, look like Choir-boys. Who knows? Hear-say. I stay away from those types of people. Not the circles I want to travel in. I hope Kash can cleanup the agency.

We really are, naturally isolated from one another, whether we like it or not. No one could get inside of our heads, without damaging the Divine Product. Only God knows our hearts. God is personal to each of us... No two anything, exactly alike. At least, not from my experienced life.

Dear joe, I write to relieve myself, and it helps; altho sometimes i hide what im trying to really say behind metaphors; but somehow you always find the deeper meanings in my poems, which is impressive and shows that you are one of those sincere and soulful readers , i love reading especially to sleep! Hi Empress. I write in bed, lying down, using pencil of course -- no ink failures. Generally in the wee hours of the morning, after a few hours of sleep -- seems to be when my mind is at its best. Me and the cat. No other disturbances.

Hi Joe, I concur with your superb poem. We may never meet in person our poetry friends, but online is an OK alternative for the most part. I've been an artist most of my life, started penning poetry about twelve years ago. I'm 67, my eyes aren't what they used to be, so I write more now. :)

Hi Regina; I hear you. My wife was a visual art and music teacher all of her life, now has to get shots in both her eyes, once a month, to keep her eyesight -- shots are a blessing. So far, she is able to yet produce, but far less creations than her beloved prime. Reading greatly limited, eyes requiring frequent rest. Blessings my friend.
