Faith sees the invisible, believes the unbelievable, and receives the impossible. ~ Corrie Ten Boom Worry reaches into the heart and stirs the doubts, Fears and tears, suspicions All the uncertainties and reservations, Fretting and fussing, feeling like a lesson… About to be served on a plate of distress, despair, deception… Let fear’s flames be doused by the faith that silences The worries, the dread, the darkness… Who threatens to destroy your peace and the stillness, Who bleeds light through your heart, Flowing hope into each thought, Glowing like the One who knows… Wherever I go, whatever I know, whomever I meet There is the faith that remembers to breathe, to see Through the darkness, the doubt, the dread and despair…. Into the eyes of a faith so aware, a faith that truly cares, A faith beyond what I can imagine A faith that leads the soul up to heaven, Where God lives, where God reveals… The reasons that worry will make you stand still… When you should be moving – even up hill, Toward the prize which is Glory, beyond these tears, Joy beyond this fear… love that promises… Our GOD is so real and our GOD is the reason I can say, I refuse to worry – I will simply pray because I have a purpose, To proclaim Jesus with this faith that God gave me, Faith that will sustain me until I’m in His presence, Enjoying His many blessings! Living like He meant me to… living like His grace intended me to… Living for the King of Kings, the whole reason My heart and soul are at peace.
