Words Will Not Do

A Valentine I’d write for you -
short and sweet and true,
but I know you! Words will not do,
so I’ll cook you up a chicken stew!

For dessert, I know your taste.
My cookies will not go to waste.
Since I know you love to play,
the last is me – in negligee.
