Your smile invites me to smile back it can't be ignored or dismissed, and I find I cannot resist; for from the first moment we kissed my inner walls began to crack. I am enchanted by your charm and captivated by your wit and intellect; I must admit, we seem to be a perfect fit, so I smile back; I see no harm. We take a stroll along the shore and you take my hand as we walk, it feels so good to laugh and talk untethered from a ticking clock; I couldn't wish for anything more. Hearing music in the distance, we slowly dance in the moonlight as we embrace and hold on tight; two swirling shadows in the night, merge as one, without resistance. Completing our dance with a kiss we place desire on a tether and pause our moment together; feeling as light as a feather savoring that feeling of bliss. I met my soulmate on that beach; when hope placed love within my reach.
