With Gratitude

Dear friends at Poetry Soup, ( we are gathered here together, as a group ) even around days of uncertainty - when comments are few and words are left unsaid . . . friendship is expressed, through kindness - those words not spoken a smile instead, because it is felt- along the wind (no words are needed, to know someone is there) you just know as the sun meets the sky, when day whispers - the end when time slows slowly down, or moments are beyond our control simple, yet heartfelt thoughts flow from me - to reach each and every one of you to say thank you, for all you do ------------------------------ ~ Thank you doesn't seem enough, but from the depth of my heart- I thank all of you for the kindness you have given to me ~ (The words in bold hold a message- it is a poem within a poem)

Brandy, with the turmoil going on at Soup, and all the heartbreak of dear ones leaving, it felt like a cup of warm chamomile tea to read these words. May I reciprocate by saying how grateful we at Soup are for you and your calming influence, your encouraging and humble spirit, your beautiful poetry, and your always encouraging words. I'm sure I speak for everybody who has been blessed by your generous heart. Thank you.
