With a Smile
~
I closed my eyes
and whispered good morning
on a wayward wind,
felt the touch of your heart
in dew drop shimmers,
collected sunrise wishes
in my pocket,
bid farewell to the last star
of the night,
blew a kiss far beyond
the yawning tree line,
opened my eyes
and began my day
with a smile
~
