Wisdom From a Beggar
Can you help me, sir?
--I don't know. I don't think so.
A coin in my cup, perhaps?
--You'll just buy a drink and relapse
Can you help me, sir?
--I'm not a man of means, you know.
Then just a buck for a cup of joe?
--Well, ok, here you go.
Can you help me, sir?
--My policy is not to give to strangers.
Do you think me a public danger?
--Well, you're no babe in a manger.
Can you help me, sir?
--Yes. Can you perhaps tell me a good word?
Sure can. When giving, it matters not how much.
Just give of yourself ~ the personal touch.
