A great Dodoitsu Paige - haven’t tried the form myself yet. Love the title and you can smell the apples with your description. I like the sharpness of Granny Smiths! Quite hungry now. Really enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing. :):)

well-penned Dodoitsu, Paige. I don't like raw Granny Smith apples but I do like them in apple pie. I prefer Gala or Honey Crisp apples. I like Cosmic apples as well but they're more expensive, but I treat myself sometimes. Have a splendid evening, Sara
