Winter Faeries
Faeries are prancing on the snow
Glittering in a glowing rainbow kind of way
Their blue wings shining in cold shadows
Warmth forthcoming in the spring
But not yet, so now they play
Slipping in and under drifts
Showing tiny bits of blue
To those who know
