Why I Breathe
Oh, if you ask me why I love you
Oh, if you ask me why I care
Oh, if you ask me why I’m crying
Ask me why I breathe the air
Oh, if you wonder why I want you
Oh, if you wonder why I stare
Oh, if you wonder why I need you
Wonder why I need the air
For without you by my side
I’m the sea without the tide
I’m a bird without the sky
In a world that’s dark and dry
So, If you ask my why I’m crying
So, if you ask me why my tears
Oh, if you tell me that you’re leaving
You’ll know why I cry, my dear
