Why Are We Here

Listen to poem:
Ask not: "Why we are here?" But, how to do best at just being here, there and round about. The fisher's quest is not really to catch fish, but to enjoy just being there out in the wilderness. Casting lures into the magnificent sea or into the wondrous waters of a languid lake or river sinuous. Alone or with a mate. A hook-up is just an annoying chore. Life without fishing is such a bore! Adore the being, here and there!

A bright and very fine poem my friend. Have you ever thought this--- the fish have caught us? Meaning the art of fishing has us in its grasp. I love fishing. A fav.. God bless.
