White Diamond Morning

Snowflakes gently falling, glowing like diamonds In the early morning rays. The sun reflecting off the frozen shore line, Illuminating a diamond glow. The hoar frost gently dressing up the barren trees, In a winter's coat of white. White mist slowly clings, above the frozen waterline Leaving white diamond crystals, dancing in the river's dawn. The winter's air hangs heavily on each breath, while Gazing on this beautiful untouched winter's spot.

Nice use of imagery to share your thoughts. We can use a little less of that white here in North Dakota--we must have about 50 inches already this season and it is snowing again to day. Keep on writing my friend. Thank you for your kind comment. Karen

Phyllis, you created a sparkling gem yourself here. To compare with that of the glistening snow. Thanks for reading my little poems today. I'd love to stay here and see more of yours, but Joe not working has really cut into my time here. On a time limit. haha. Luv ya, andrea

This little dog was in a puppy mill for 4 yrs. I'm trying to train her to make outside. I've had to crawl under a table to get her and one day she bit me 3 times on the hand. She made me bleed I have a hole. I'm 70 yrs old and I don't ever remember a dog making me bleed. I'm trying to make it work.
