Lovely poem with a great message. I can't help but see this from a spiritual perspective, God gently whispering to us as the world around is shouting for our attention.

Something said in whispers will be listened more intently than said aloud. Beautifully composed dear Michelle ! Congratulations on your win.

Dear Michelle, I love the eloquent power of your poem! We lean in and listen more closely to a whisper. Sadly, some only know how to bulldoze with "a sham of sound" Exquisite poetry, my friend. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

As always Michelle, your words whisper truth with exquisite subtly - "when you speak truth to me whisper." What a wonderful line. There is always so much quiet truth in your lines. I love delving into their depths. Congratulations on your win! Blessings that come in stillness.
