Where is that Middle Ground

The life of the mind cruel and unkind Sit on thy derriere all day feel your health decay A life of physical labor spent ‘midst Mother Nature Wears out joints and limbs senses dull and dim Tell me, where is that middle ground a pairing of good health and keen mind… Went to a fancy ‘life-coach’ for advice Said “Monks live that life” ~ at great sacrifice

great question, "Where is that Middle Ground?" With each passing year, that ground is shifting...just when I get balance between mental and physical activity, I feel change....which leads me to believe I live on ROCKY ROAD (ice cream, that is!) smiles, Sara

Good life coach, actually had an answer with asking you what do you think that life would look like? A FAV for my list, gw. You're on a roll today. Write On, my friend! BB
