When the Sky Turns Yellow
The sky turned an unusual yellow.
Six o’clock yesterday. It was a glow.
“1942 there came a fellow.”
We stared at grandma. This would be a show.
“He came with the largest wind that blow.”
There was a knock on the door. It was Jim.
Handsome and sweet, perfect for my sister Kim.
