Quote: “Nature's first green is gold, Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a flower; But only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf, So Eden sank to grief, So dawn goes down to day Nothing gold can stay” ... Robert Frost [Verse] It’s the hour of summer’s last breath, Golden days dancing on memory’s edge, The laughter of warmth and endless light, Now yielding to waning amber twilight. Softly, as the world exhales, We sense the hush of change in the air. [Chorus] Feel gentle, as summer’s farewell softly beckons, Embrace the harvest of golden dreams awakened, Be, in this turning, who we’re meant to be. Autumn comes—and the heart learns to just breathe. [Verse] Long shadows paint the fields in burnished tones, Leaves whisper secrets, letting go of their green, The hush of evening, a quiet invitation, To walk between seasons, to rest in reflection. The breeze, now crisp, speaks of endings and seeds sown, Of cozy hope wrapped in cooler dawns. [Chorus] Feel gentle, as summer’s farewell softly beckons, Embrace the harvest of golden dreams awakened, Be, in this turning, who we’re meant to be. Autumn comes—and the heart learns to just breathe. [Bridge] No fear of endings, only welcome in change, The sweet weight of warmth now softened in our hands. Hugs of memory, laughter etched in twilight’s glow, Ripening in silence, as new paths begin to grow. [Chorus – final] Feel gentle, as summer’s farewell softly beckons, Embrace the harvest of golden dreams awakened, Be, in this turning, who we’re meant to be. Autumn comes—and the heart learns to just breathe.

This is beautiful. I hate to let summer leave. I know it's hot, humid, dry, with fires and floods, and mosquitos, but I still love it. :)

Lovely lyrics, I felt very much the chorus "Autumn comes—and the heart learns to just breathe." "A summer's farewell beckons" Hopeful and God willing!
