When I Shall Walk

A day after a day, A week after a week, A month after a month, A year after a year. I were grown up, My mum taught me, My father taught me, My brother taught me. My sister taught me, My Master taught me, My wife taught me, My children taught me. They celebrated my birthday, And always remind me, That I am getting old, But I never understand them. I always eat well, I always slept sound, I never care for anyone, I enjoyed only my life. I always misused my office, I abused innocents, I were very dishonest, But people afraid from me. That was a terror of my job, When I were retired, I thought, when I shall walk, People will salute me on a road. I was feeling ashamed, When I called them, They ignored me as They didn’t hear me. I never thought, I need them, When I shall be old, Someone will come to me, To share my pain and laugh. At last a person never learns, That actual life begins after retirement, When a person achieves his target, That he aimed in his entire life.
