What Would Creep Them Out
Three boys were terrifying each other with ghost stories.
Their sisters were listening in the other room, making fun of them.
They are going to be so creeped out, they won’t sleep tonight.
What would creep them out? A spirit voice asked them.
Who are you? The girls asked the spirit voice.
She gave them lots of clues, until they looked it up.
Girl, age twelve, missing since 1984.
From this house, presumed to have been kidnapped.
This house is haunted, the spirit voice informed them.
You can be snatched up and kept here forever.
I am not missing. I am still here.
Guess who did not sleep now?
