What really matters is not what happens to you but how you experience it. Don't let the world assault your soul, protect it if you can Don't let life beat you down, get up for the second round Don't sit and stew on it, have a good cry then move on Don't leave words unsaid, "Say what you need to say." This is such a philosophically deep and empowering piece dear Rose. Especially, I can relate with all these lines, having witnessed many dark phases in life, I can say that pondering upon the grief only makes its roots deeper ~ somehow and at some point, ultimately we need to release all overwhelming emotions and rise up, in order to survive and move forward.
