What I Gave - Contest
What I gave to this world:
Perhaps its spherical corners;
Maybe, finally a sense of boundaries.
But do remember: This is what I gave;
Something I am glad to no longer have.
I gave away the limits in my mind,
By selfishly bestowing them unto others.
I grew tired;
Knowing my imagination wasn't very distinguished from reality.
So this is what I gave,
And now I may imagine corners in this world,
Or perhaps worlds in this corner.
And if pens didn't write by themselves,
Or a piece of paper didn't read to you,
I would've never imagined writing this.
