What I'M Thankful For This Season
Though thankful every day we need to be,
‘tis the season now that hearts grow fonder.
Folks are taking extra time to ponder
things beloved like home and family.
But in this year, I’ve been distracted by
a drug I wish I’d never been prescribed.
Its rare effects I’d never heard described,
and from this drug I now detoxify.
For recently I found a doctor who
has better thinking than my docs before.
They’ve made me feel so sick. I’m thankful for
the fact I now might make my health renew!
