Wear the Mask
WEAR THE MASK
The turning wheel of time crushes and rattles
Life in cacophony of show is a constant battle
You lose and reach the depth of gloomy ennui
Wonder if your bona fide life is an anomaly.
So now you give avant-garde mind carte blanche
To make for you a baroque mask at least for once
You wear it for the show of your life with elan
You may try to smile behind it if you can.
The new dilettante role you play would suit you
For you’ve come under the trance of déjà vu.
