We Warned You

We Warned You Yes, we warned you about that pack! Such vicious, life-threatening beasts can capture you and bring you down; and one by one, on you will feast. You stay away from them, we cried! Don't let them come too near your home. Do all you can to chase them off and then stay put, and do not roam. You thrill in seeing them all lined together as they stand that way, all sleek and perfect in their form. From them, you need to run away. Yes, we warned you about that pack! Their vicious threats seen days and nights. They captured you and brought you down; that killer pack...Marlboro Lights. Sandra M. Haight

Very clever imagery Sandra I'm pleased to say I have never been tempted to smoke - dad smoked heavily for many years he did give up but still one of his cancers was lung cancer :-( good luck in the contest:-) hugs Jan xx

Thanks, Jan. My mom smoked, acquired lung cancer and sadly passed at age 55. I have never smoked either. For sure, you and I are much better off for that. Although, would you believe, I have mild COPD from second-hand smoke from my parents and hubby who did smoke for a few years after we married, but quit many years ago. Thanks for stopping by. Hugs, Sandra
