We Are What We Eat
When I was young,
I had a voracious appetite
and could eat practically anything
that was in sight,
now it seems
I just look at food
and gain four or five...
My young girl muscles
were nice and toned,
and now that I'm
middle aged it seems
they've all but eroded,
I eat a lot of healthy foods,
and do a lot of walking,
but guess I'll have to join a club
and do less talking,
Sigh, when I was young
I ate an awful lot of jello,
and now its caught up to me
especially in my middle.
