Watch Out, Ladies
I live on Bella Boulevard.
Some call it “Singles Street.”
For residents, life can be hard,
and many long to meet
someone. They wish to be discreet.
These ladies will be caught off-guard,
their faith in men so sorely marred,
their equilibrium j—jarred
by one with tongue so sweet!
A charmer with come-hither eyes,
a lusty appetite,
and skills at telling luscious lies
would bring them sweet delight,
as one by one night after night
he’d make the rounds. Soon they’d be wise
to his deceit, a sad surprise,
a cause for shame and angry cries
and keeping out of sight.

What town is next to be abuzz
about this man whose mind
is set on sex? He’ll pollinate
each pistil he can find.
