Warm Heart, Wet Kisses

Warm heart, wet kisses, Brandy my little girl, you have both. Your short tail always has a wag in it for us. Down at your level you dish out your wet kisses. Your eight years old, but act like a little puppy. White hairs beginning to show on your shinning black coat. Most dogs would slow down at this time. Brandy little sweet heart you just keep acting younger and younger, loving you more each day little girl. wrote 8-7-08

Love your poems about your dogs. Filled with such love from your beautiful heart. Always makes me think of my pets, and I smile with great understanding. You are so kind to comment on my old poems - it is so appreciated, but truly not necessary, as I honestly enjoy reading and commenting on your poetry. Love, Shar

Awww...little pup. She reminds me of my Weimaraner, Louie - he will be 8 this fall - he has acted like a puppy for all these years, with no sign of stopping, God bless 'em! Well written poem of puppy-love. :) Kristin

James...there is nothing that can describe the down-right honest, devotion to a pet. Our own have caused more joy in my life, and grieving when losing them, than people (who aren't "dog people") could understand. I hope you have your Brandy for many, many more years. And once again...I thank you for your fellowship, and for following my poems. Blessings....Carrie

Awh - Just before we lost Rebel my wife brought me home a little chihuahua for me - While I was sick on the hep c treatment which is like an injectable kemo treatment that little dog kept me going for her and I were at home alone each day - There are so many things we have in common I reckon thats what I love the most about your poetry - I can relate to every word - it is my pleasure and honor to be your friend James - God Bless you and your family
