Walking a Mile In Anothers Shoes
Walking a Mile in Another’s Shoes
4/23/2018
We’ve all become quite adept at interpreting facial expressions,
And making determinations on their disposition;
Perhaps a listless face or a down in the dumps look,
Signals that their not feeling well, but without cause;
But we can’t surmise, just by looking, how any individual feels,
Or determine the anxiety that perhaps they labor under,
Or know the situations that keep it there.
Individual thoughts are owned, only until shared,
And if they can’t be shared, an individual often becomes depressed.
Depression becomes their life shortener,
And sometimes, depressed people are blessed with happy faces.
