Hello Dilly, there are many people that do not like the winter season. The weather is not good. Freezing rain, snow storms. Does not make it pleasant to go out. Roas are pilled wit snow banks etc. Enjoy your day my friend.

Hi, it's likening waiting for better weather to waiting for the whistle at the beginning of a race. Hence starting blocks. A lot of the time people stay huddled indoors from January right through to mid spring.
